There are no shortage of high quality Wayne Shorter performances to choose from, so it's only right that some of the less well-known selections from his astonishing career should be given a turn in the spotlight. Although, given the quality of his playing and the calibre of his collaborators, digging out some genuinely overlooked gems is no mean feat.
