Thomas Fehlmann Essentials

While producer Thomas Fehlmann is an undeniable techno legend his career has been defined by the creative restlessness that led him to explore ambient, dub, house, trip-hop and so much more. In the early '80s Fehlmann was a founding member of the noisy German post-punk band Palais Schaumburg, a group that featured several future experimental icons. In the decades that followed Fehlmann hooked up with ambient house pioneers The Orb, collaborated with dance music luminaries like Juan Atkins and released an impressive variety of genre-bending electronic solo releases.
