Sounds like there's something in the water in Wellington. Wrap your ears around this playlist from trippy six-piece The Phoenix Foundation, a band that has got kudos from compatriots Neil Finn and Flight Of The Conchords. 2007's Happy Ending solidified their mix of psychedelia and prog-rock, adorned with swooning harmonies, with songs that recalled everything from Procol Harum to The Church. They became moodier and more widescreen on Buffalo and really stretched out on 2013's Fandango, which included one song that went for 18 minutes.
