Emerging from Dublin's early-‘60s pub folk scene, The Dubliners are one of the finest Irish folk bands of all time. Over their 50-year career, their lineup has been in constant flux but centred around the inimitable talents of singers Luke Kelly and Ronnie Drew. They released 20 studio albums but also achieved strong success in the Irish singles chart, while "Jack's Heroes", their original 1990 collaboration with The Pogues, won them international acclaim. April 2012 saw the death of final founding member Barney McKenna; since then, his bandmates have continued as The Dublin Legends.
