Erasing the divide between mosh pit and dance floor, Warped Tour and EDM rave, PVRIS specialise in dark electro-pop injected with the energy and passion of post-hardcore. The spotlight falls squarely on magnetic vocalist Lyndsey Gunnulfsen. When the group unleash loud guitars and pounding dance beats, she flashes her punk side, defiantly lashing out at the ghosts that haunt her. Then they shift into dream mode with flickering synths and shadowy atmospherics, and her voice becomes a gloomy vapour. There's nothing about PVRIS' music that isn't big, bold and dramatic.
