These long-time conservationists of traditional New Orleans jazz thrive outside their primary wheelhouse, too. The band delivers boisterous Dixieland gospel on "Dear Lord (Give Me the Strength)", adds loose-limbed accompaniment to Tom Waits' back-alley growl on "Tootie Ma Is a Big Fine Thing" and dovetails agreeably with Del McCoury's bluegrass crew on "Bonnaroo (Feel the Magic)".
