National Indigenous Music Chart

National Indigenous Music Chart

The National Indigenous Music Charts are a project of The National Indigenous Music Awards, Australia's annual celebration of success and excellence in Indigenous music. Held under the stars each August at the iconic Darwin Amphitheatre, the event brings together the community in a celebration of music across all genres. Data for the NIMAs chart is sourced from Australia's music industry standard radio monitoring system Radio Monitor, tracking data from across over 200 commercial, community, digital and regional and Indigenous radio stations to create a list of the most widely heard Indigenous tracks across Australian radio.
