As a producer with Taiwan's Rock Records since the ‘80s, singer/songwriter Jonathan Lee is responsible for some of the label's biggest hits. He's best known for his work on ballads for superstars like Fish Leong and Karen Mok, where his rock- and synth-pop-inspired sounds add an air of mystery and melancholy. But even the most chipper Mandopop tunes acquire a little edge in his hands.
