

In 2015, Jamie Lawson was the first artist signed to Ed Sheeran's label Gingerbread Man Records. The pair go back, having bonded when Sheeran met Lawson, 15 years his senior, at an early gig, before either's career took flight, and share a snappy sense of rhythm and a way with a lyrical yarn.
