And they certainly stepped up—from the stinging, spidery playing of Elliott Randall on the ever-evolving solos of “Reelin' In the Years” to Denny Dias' undulating sitar on “Do It Again” and the masterful moans and cosmic leaps of Jay Graydon's fretwork on “Peg”.
