Family Tree: H.O.T.

The pioneering K-pop boy band H.O.T. saw its five members generate many hip-hop-flavoured tunes after the group disbanded. Owing to the main outfit's integration of rap sounds, the performers embraced the style on solo outings, highlighted by JTL's sombre numbers and Tony An's Auto-Tune-doused flow. Each H.O.T. member added new flair to their solo music, helping distinguish them from the group proper.
