Christchurch's Chris Truman, aka Dose, spent two years in London, the epicentre of modern electronic dance music, working tirelessly on producing his unique blend of hypnotic hi-energy d'n'b, and became a favourite of big name local DJs there. He released scores of 12” discs through the most prestigious labels before coming home to NZ, relocating to Auckland, and finally releasing his debut album, Mind the Future, in 2014.
