Don Jazzy is a Nigerian producer who loves to sprinkle his beats with plenty of filters, lending his tracks a trippy, hallucinatory vibe. His sound signature has adorned upbeat club hits by Tiwa Savage and D'Banj as well as Korede Bello's highlife hymnal "Godwin". Then there's JAŸ-Z, Kanye West and Beyoncé's "Lift Off", a high-wattage collaboration on which Jazzy's pulsing, filtered techniques nevertheless stand out.
