Anne Dudley: The Session Musicians
Apple Music
Before devoting most of her time to creating stylistically expansive scores for film and television, British composer, musician and conductor Anne Dudley was one of the most in-demand arrangers in pop. Apart from co-founding Art of Noise, her string arrangements added sophistication without smothering the melodies on records such as ABC’s 1982 classic The Lexicon of Love, Electronic’s plangent “Getting Away with It” and the Spice Girls’ sparkling “Viva Forever”.
