Auckland ex-pat pianist Alan Broadbent has collaborated with Paul McCartney, performed alongside jazz legends like Woody Herman and Nelson Riddle, and is arranger and conductor for Diana Krall's orchestral recordings. All this and much more in parallel to his own personal recording career that includes a spate of trad jazz albums dating back to the early 1980s. Broadbent first visited the US in 1966 at age 19 on a music scholarship and has lived and worked there ever since. A two-time GRAMMY® Award winner and multi-time nominee, his is a truly remarkable music career played out over decades at the highest levels of the international jazz scene.
