In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I was around 3/4 years old. Get Rich or Die Tryin' the soundtrack for the 50 Cent Bio-pic had just dropped. There was a track on their called 'when it rains it pours'. It was the first rap song I ever heard properly and I was hooked. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Drake, Nothing Was the Same (Deluxe) Kanye West, Graduation Kendrick Lamar, To Pimp a Butterfly TPAB started my love for concepts and made me look at myself as a black man. Nothing Was The Same taught me how to make my stories feel like others. Graduation taught me about experimentation with other genres and how to make anthems.
