Radar Mecury's original intentions of wanting to rock out of their New Jersey surroundings have led to a blend of melodic pop-punk and indie maturity. Upon their 1998 formation, the line-up of Kevin Tunney (guitar), Eric Vida (drums), Mike Rummel (guitar), and Peter Allen (bass) would spend the next year playing up and down the east coast before signing to Doghouse Records.
