In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I learned how to sing by the time I was about four or five and I‘ve been writing songs since I was like, 12. Cole, 2014 Forest Hills Drive Joyner Lucas, 508-507-2209 Logic, Under Pressure (Deluxe Edition) First, I just wanna say it took a while answering this question ‘cause I have a lot of favorite artists and I listen to a lot of different music in general. Tell us why you chose this song. “Confessionz” “Confessionz” instantly comes to mind, mainly ‘cause it‘s way different than any song I‘ve made yet. Definitely more personal than “Simba‘s Story”, every lyric in this song‘s from the heart. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Had to be when I performed “W.T.W” from my debut mixtape ‘Chosen’. I was so anxious throughout my entire performance, but somehow I still managed to get the crowd to sing the hook along with me. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? To meet and converse with my favorite artists. If things go as planned, the conversations can turn into me learning a thing or two from them, and having them understand and like my perspective and hopefully my style of music as well.
