About Jordan Fisher

Singer, actor, dancer and Disney Channel alum Jordan Fisher has built up an impressive résumé of TV, film and theatre credits—including stints on Broadway productions of Hamilton and Dear Evan Hansen. He’s also maintained a successful sideline making poppy R&B music. • Born in Trussville, Alabama, Fisher found his passion in fifth grade after being cast in a production of Schoolhouse Rock, Jr. • Fisher made his Disney Channel debut by starring in 2013’s Teen Beach Movie and its 2015 sequel. • He’s appeared in television shows like Live and Maddie, iCarly, The Secret Life of the American Teenager, Teen Wolf and Bones. • Fisher signed with Hollywood Records in 2015 and released his self-titled debut EP a year later. • In 2016, he made his Broadway debut in Hamilton, playing the dual role of John Laurens and Philip Hamilton. That same year, he and Hamilton creator Lin-Manuel Miranda joined forces for “You’re Welcome”, off the soundtrack for Disney’s Moana. • He’s performed in two Fox live musical adaptations: 2016’s Grease: Live and 2019’s Rent: Live. • Fisher released a pair of singles in 2020: “Contact” and “Walking on the Ceiling”. He also returned to Broadway as the lead role in the Tony-winning musical Dear Evan Hansen and starred in the Netflix teen romantic comedy To All the Boys: P.S. I Still Love You.
