In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Our earliest musical memory together is our first band practice back in 2021. We hardly knew each other and had little performance experience. We were so awkward around each other but determined to make it work so we practiced nearly 9 hours a week! What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Foo Fighters, The Colour And The Shape Spacey Jane, No Way to Treat an Animal - EP The Beths, Jump Rope Gazers All of these three albums greatly influenced us as individuals and as a band. Each of these albums bring something awesome to the table and are super inspiring to all of us! They are timeless pieces of work, there isn't a single skip on any of them! Tell us why you chose this song. “Tattoo” Tattoo is the first original song we played together and it has stuck with us for every gig, on every set-list. It's a song that really gets the crowd pumping and I think perfectly wraps up everything Coast Arcade is into one, energetic, fun tune! What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? I think opening for The Beths was probably a highlight for Coast Arcade. We have all looked up to The Beths for a really long time and to be able to play on the same stage as them was absolutely insane and we will remember that moment forever! Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? We have so many things left on our bucket list as a band! We have really only just started our journey so have a long way to go. Playing Glastonbury, doing a tour of Aotearoa/Australia and writing songs with international artists are all on the list!
