Tøsedrengene were only active between 1978 and 1986, but in that time the band released six albums and firmly established themselves as one of Denmark's top pop acts. Their songs embraced the lush production of the era, creating some incredibly infectious pop hits and demonstrating their versatility by working ska and reggae influences into their songs—all tied together by the gleeful, chirpy vocals of singers Anne Dorte Michelsen and Maria Bramsen. The band may have been short-lived but as this playlist shows, they were flush with tantalising tunes.
