This Swedish band uses groove-heavy tempos, down-tuned buzzsaw guitars and guttural vocals to create a sound straight from the gut. Though their line-up has changed over the years, the band has continued to break boundaries since their now-classic 1990 debut, Left Hand Path. They've added elements of hard rock, garage and prog and they even worked with members of the Royal Swedish Ballet. In 2014, after more than a dozen albums and EPs, they rechristened themselves Entombed A.D.
