In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. The tail end of Racing in the streets, in the backseat of my mum and dad's car on a late Sunday arctic, winter night - driving home after a weekend visit to my grandparents. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Bob Dylan, Blood On the Tracks Bruce Springsteen, Darkness on the Edge of Town Grant Lee Buffalo, Mighty Joe Moon These albums makes up much of what made me want to start writing songs in my late teens, lyrically and musically. They made me believe that I too had something to say and something I could prove. Energy, passion and drive all through all of them. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Under Six Strings (Duper Mix)” My debut single. If it would have stopped here, this song sums me and my music up pretty good. The riff, the melody, the lyrics - straight from the heart, straight from the gut. There's a just lot of passion for music and life in this one. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? The pure enthusiasm in and about recording and releasing my first album, Rodeo. I believe you get better at writing songs, and that you get better at recording them as you go on. But you never get back to that specific feeling again. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Every new song, album and show. I just never wanna quit. And I wanna be good too. Let's throw in that I also really wanna go back and tour the US again sometime.
