In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My earliest musical memory is a big glass cabinet at my Mums place, full of CD’s, cassettes and vinyl. I used to read all the album blurbs and lyric books. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Foy Vance, Joy of Nothing Lauryn Hill, The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill Paul Simon, Graceland Graceland was the soundtrack to my years in South Africa and every song on this album is a memory to me. The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill is my youth on a record. The Joy of Nothing, Foy Vance I found it at a time when, frankly, I was a bit of a mess Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Carry You Through” My song ‘Carry You through’ is a special one to me. It’s about how stoic a love can be, and wanting to be there for someone no matter what. It marked the beginning of a whole new chapter for me creatively and will always mean the world. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? I think the first time I broke the top 40 charts in the UK will always be a memorable day for me. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band?
