In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Our foundation in classical music is firm, yet we converge in genres rich with improvisation: jazz, world, free improvisation... This is the fuel for our music. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Atom String Quartet, ATOMSPHERE Punch Brothers, The Phosphorescent Blues Turtle Island String Quartet, Skylife Early TISQ albums inspire us string players profoundly with their rhythm, composition, and serious yet fun approach. ASQ, our colleagues, are equally amazing. And Punch Brothers? Pure delicacy. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Playing at the North Sea Jazz Festival fulfilled a long-standing dream since 2016. Collaborating with Trio Da Kali on Ladilikan made it even more fulfilling. Shortly after, we shared the stage with Samora Pinderhughes which made it unforgettable. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Absolutely! Our goal is to record numerous albums featuring our music and tour worldwide. Additionally, we're eager to maintain collaborations with artists we admire.
