Bheki Mseleku, Best Of Bheki Mseleku Busi Mhlongo, African Classics: Busi Mhlongo Kwela, Yeoville Radio (Side-B) - EP Busi Mhlongo is an Iconinc singer. Bheki Mseleku is an undervalued pianist and composer. Yeoville Radio will one day be heard properly. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Shooting Star” The song was the second experiment I had done with sungura guitar, crossing musical styles from the same vast Southern African region. I recorded the song in a foreign city while missing home. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Performing for audiences in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Yes. More music festivals. Performing with an orchestra. Incorporating more indigenous musical instruments and positioning African unpopular music side by side with the world's greatest sounds. Miriam Makeba and Hugh Masekela set the bar decades ago.
