I remember being fascinated with how easy the songs were to sing and how the music made me feel better. I never stopped loving them! James Blake, Overgrown Lauryn Hill, The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill Portishead, Dummy I remember when I found the Dummy CD in my sister room, pressing play and just sitting through the whole album. I was about 7 and I got obsessed with the emotion in the vocals. Since then that’s been my favorite type of artists - the ones you ‘feel’.
