BLK ODYSSY

New Jersey-born, Austin, Texas-based soul singer/songwriter Sam Houston leads Blk Odyssy, a rough-edged R&B project that swings between celebratory smoothness and high-intensity songs of social critique and activist messaging. Houston drew from his own lived experiences of trauma and joy for his 2021 debut album, Blk Vintage. The erotically charged concept album Diamonds & Freaks followed in 2023, in addition to Live from Gold Diggers.
