Raccoon Essentials

Dutch acoustic indie-rock outfit Racoon released their debut single “Feel Like Flying” back in 2000, and they've been pumping out catchy songs with positive vibes ever since. The band's biggest hit came five years later in the gorgeously hushed, finger-picked ballad “Love You More”. Racoon's songs centre on the simple, lovely melodies of singer Bart van der Weide, but it's the whole package that's made the band a hit—the pitter-patter of gentle percussion and delicate guitar creating an autumnal, lovesick feeling.
