Mirror Travel

Originating from Austin's thriving psychedelic garage rock scene, Mirror Travel play a loose, sun-baked brand of rock & roll that is simultaneously heavy, hypnotic, and atmospheric. The group is centered around guitarist/vocalist Lauren Green and drummer Tiffanie Lanmon, who have been making music together since 2003. Initially known as Follow That Bird!, they began releasing singles and contributing to compilations around the beginning of the 2010s. Along with bassist/vocalist Paul Brinkley, the trio changed its name to Mirror Travel in 2012 and recorded its debut full-length in 2013. Modern Outsider released the album, titled Mexico, in October of that year. Mirror Travel underwent some personnel changes in 2016, a year that also saw them release their sophomore album, Cruise Deal. ~ Paul Simpson
