About Amy Lee

Amy Lee is a classically trained pianist, singer, and songwriter, renowned for her powerhouse voice. Lee initially made her mark as the co-founder and lead vocalist of the Grammy-winning rock band Evanescence. From their 2003 diamond-certified breakthrough Fallen -- which has sold over 17 million copies around the world -- the band became a mainstay on the rock charts and headline stages, scoring a pair of U.S. chart-toppers with 2006's The Open Door and 2011's Evanescence. Lee also branched out as a solo artist, collaborating with the likes of Lindsey Stirling, Halestorm, Korn, Bring Me the Horizon, Dave Stewart of Eurythmics, and Dave Eggar (2014's Aftermath soundtrack). She even released a children's album, Dream Too Much, while guiding Evanescence into the 2020s with the band's fifth set, The Bitter Truth.
