My earliest music memory is driving down on the coast with my dad, windows down, and playing Oliver Mtukudzi's music at full volume. I grew up listening to a lot of South African Jazz greats and Kwaito music. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? D'Angelo, Voodoo Drake, Nothing Was the Same Frank Ocean, Blonde I chose these three albums because they all shifted the culture when they were released, full of unapologetic writing. These albums dared to be different in their respective times, inspiring artists like me today to try something new, always. Tell us why you chose this song. “Things We Love” This song is special because of the message, it reminds me and others to make time for the things we love, these are the things that make us happy. I was inspired by a special person, and that is where this song get's a special touch. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? My most memorable moment is doing a national tour in South Africa with 6 x Grammy-nominated artist, Tamia. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? To tour the world and take my music to all the continents.
