Helmed by innovative songwriter Guille Milkyway and his virtual cast of “band members”, La Casa Azul mixes sunny, ‘60s-inspired pop melodies with danceable electronic production. Milkyway’s love of synths can be traced to ‘80s electro icons like Soft Cell, Gary Numan and The Human League, while The Beach Boys’ blissful vocal harmonies also make an appearance.
