Pepper White

A moody singer and songwriter from France, Pepper White is the polished and introspective alter ego of Thomas Dahyot, formerly with the raucous garage rock band the Madcaps. While the Madcaps played upbeat, energetic rock & roll, Pepper White's music is dominated by keyboards, not guitars, and his lyrics look into the somber heart of love and fate, though with an artful touch informed by sophisticated pop of the 1960s and '70s. Pepper White made his debut with the release of the album The Lonely Tunes of Pepper White in September 2021.
