Circuit Rider Music possess all the steadfast faith of the early American Methodist pastors after whom they’re named. Led by rousing singer and composer Lindy Cofer since 2012, the Southern California-based collective create praise & worship that, while rooted in contemporary rock and pop, harbours plenty of grassroots soul and a fervour for Scripture right out of the First Great Awakening. Intent is central to Cofer and her fellow Circuit Riders: albums like their 2016 debut, Every Nation, and 2021’s Jesus People aren’t mere collections of beautiful songs—they function as mission work meant to spread the teachings of Christ.
