About Los 33

Latin rock band from Panama los 33 made its debut in 1988 with the release of an EP called Llévate Lo Que Quieras, issuing Malas Compañias, the band's first album, in 1990, getting its song "Tengo Miedo" climbing on local pop/rock charts. After releasing a self-titled record in 1993, los 33 started touring Mexico, having the opportunity to perform along with Café Tacuba and Santa Sabina. In 1996, Renacimiento Letárgico came out, filming the group's first video for a song called "No Tengo a Donde Ir," broadcast by MTV Latino. On September 18, 1999, los 33 recorded an acoustic live performance at local bar La Cantina, later released under the name of Los 33, Experimento Acústico. ~ Drago Bonacich
