I wasn't allowed to listen to anything other then Christian music growing up, but when my cousin turned that album on it was like a whole new world! What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? A Tribe Called Quest, The Low End Theory D'Angelo, Voodoo Sade, Stronger Than Pride These are 3 of the albums that make me who I am as an artist, producer, mixing engineer, and overall creator. The texture, the writing, the sounds, the mixing... Perfection... or rather imperfection. The humanness of it all. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Homecoming” This song encapsulates so much of what I strive toward as an artist. Vivid images about my past and speaking to where I want to head in the future. Processing my childhood and who I'm becoming everyday. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Working really closely with Miki Howard mixing her new album has been an incredible experience. It's been such a pleasure to work with someone who has been behind the scenes of so many legendary albums. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? My bucket list is ever evolving and there will always be new things to accomplish.
