In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I didn't grow up with siblings, so I spent every summer in Memphis, TN with my cousins. My uncles were professional musicians and they brought us along on all there gigs. They were poised, disciplined, and unafraid. Everything musicians ought to be. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Frank Ocean, Blonde Kanye West, Graduation Tame Impala, Currents Graduation was the first album I ever listened too. I listened off an old xbox 360 hard drive as a kid. Currents was the theme music to my life in college. Blonde got me through my first and last heart break, what can I say. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Ollie Off a Mxlly” Ollie was the first song that I made where I was vulnerable. It chronicles the time I crashed my car and how that single act led to me finding myself. The song gave me my first true fans and made people in the industry pay attention. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Dropping my first indie album, "Angels With Fangs". I spent two years scrap ideas and starting again to complete this one. It feels good to get a response for all the pressure I put on myself. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Theres a whole world out there to explore. Once I have enough skin in the game, I plan to use my platform to bring people across all social, economic, cultural divides together.
