About Rocaine

Rocaine is a Detroit rapper whose street-hustling rhymes evince fearlessness and menace. The MC has been affiliated with fellow Midwesterner Chief Keef's Glo Gang and is part of 44 Boyz, the latter of which doubles as the name of the label that issues his material. Since the mid-2010s, Rocaine has released a constant stream of single tracks -- including "BWB," the Molly Brazy collaboration "Lil Friend," and "Chicken Chicken" -- and has been featured on material by the likes of Oba Rowland, Icewear Vezzo, and Stackboi Ty. Although he previously issued a number of projects of longer duration, such as Glocaine and Death Penalty, Dopeman is regarded as Rocaine's first proper full-length. The 11-track set arrived in 2017 with no featured appearances. ~ Andy Kellman
