One of the longest-running merengue groups of the ‘90s, Grupo Mania's music is ubiquitous from Miami to San Juan. Led by Héctor and Oscar Serrano and featuring a revolving cast of star sings, the group assimilates rap and R&B into its Afro-Cuban foundation.
