In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Holding up a tape recorder to the radio to capture my favourite songs. I hoped that the DJ's wouldn't talk too much in the intro to Suga Suga by Baby Bash, but alas, they had to get their words in. Tapes from the dollar store were currency. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? KT Tunstall, Eye To the Telescope Kanye West, My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy LINKIN PARK, Meteora (Deluxe Edition) If I had these 3 albums in the middle of the jungle I'd be alright. Together, they cover the entire emotional range; hype, reflection, bravado, acceptance, just to name a few. The sonic magic from these albums is unmissable. P Crook & Anafalaktix)” This song explores two sides of a largely unexplored concept in this day and age: nuance. Can I agree with someone who the public hates? How do I set a healthy boundary with someone who's crossed me? When do I abandon trying to save someone? Release. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? The undisputed answer is when I sang 'A Moment Like This' by Kelly Clarkson for my Mom at P Mania 4. She was about to leave and I guess she didn't know I could sing? She was so happy for ages after that. It was worth more than any contract or award. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? So, so much. I'd love to see the world on tour. I'd love to collab with artists born in every decade. I'd love to score a film, write a comic, and get so big that I can convince Heineken to bring back the bottles that were brick shaped - look it up!
