I remember my parents playing a tape with the music of Erik Satie as I went to sleep as a way to calm me and get me to sleep. I would have been around 4 years old and I remember loving it. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Ella Fitzgerald, Louis Armstrong, Ella and Louis Classics Genesis, Nursery Cryme Luis Alberto Spinetta, Estrelicia - MTV Unplugged Nursery Cryme was one of the first progressive rock albums I heard and got me started with the prog rock world. Ella and Louis was one of the first jazz albums I loved. Estrelicia blew me away with the quality of the songwriting and lyrical content. It starts slow and atmospheric, then goes into a 90s grungy groove and finishes with a strong, epic, heavy riff which has a nice interplay of the guitar harmonics with the drums. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Traveling in my campervan to play and share my music with new audiences in other towns and cities around Australia. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? To record a live album with an 80 piece orchestra.
