In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I started performing music while on exchange at UC Berkeley. I was inspired by the bluegrass, folk and gypsy jazz music around at the time. I returned to Sydney and started performing in art galleries where my friends and I were studying fine arts. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Fiona Apple, The Idler Wheel Is Wiser Than the Driver of the Screw and Whipping Cords Will Serve You More Than Ropes Will Ever Do Jenny & the Scallywags, Shaking Heart These albums have beautiful stories. They are albums where I want to listen to every song. They are also raw, honest and hold what I love about folk and country music.
