About Angélique Mauillon

Angélique Mauillon is one of the few harpists to specialize in the historical versions of her instrument. She often performs in concert with her brother, baritone Marc Mauillon. Angélique Mauillon has a large repertory, including music of the 13th to the 18th century, and she has collaborated with ensembles specializing in medieval, Renaissance, and Baroque music in both solo and ensemble roles. She teaches historical harps at the regional conservatories in Tours, Lyon, and Besançon. The Mauillons' recording of Le remède de fortune was honored with a Diapason d'Or. In 2021, the Mauillons' released Je m'abandonne à vous: Airs sur des poésies de la Comtesse de la Suze.
