Tamino: Influences

Belgian-Egyptian solo artist Tamino's sound is inspired by a stunning blend of downtempo alt-rock and the sometimes sombre passion of Arab and Nubian music. The brooding, pulsating aesthetics of Massive Attack and Radiohead feature alongside the soulful, haunting notes of Lebanese Rabih Abou-Khalil, creating an austere but rich and inviting sound.
