With EDM sweeping the globe, Pendulum members Rob Swire and Gareth McGrillen founded Knife Party in 2011 as a dubstep-friendly side-project to their long-running drum 'n' bass group. High-profile DJ gigs and collaborations with huge names like Swedish House Mafia and Porter Robinson followed, and Knife Party quickly became a fixture on the international dance scene. Famous for bombastic sets seemingly designed to blow both speakers and minds, the duo followed up a handful of EPs with their debut full-length, Abandon Ship, in 2014.
