While remaining staunchly independent, Lyon's Jarring Effects have built a stable featuring some of France's most innovative electronic artists. They're best known for expanding the boundaries of dub with High Tone, but dig deeper and you'll find ambient excursions from Brain Damage and electro-acoustic experiments from Vuneny, along with international acts including UK grime crew Virus Syndicate.
