Composer and singer Pierre Barouh is an icon of '60s French pop music, renowned for the title track of Claude Lelouch's cult film A Man and a Woman. A contemporary of Serge Gainsbourg, Barouh shaped his sound by blending organ, acoustic guitar, jazz piano and soft percussion.
