In the artist’s words: What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Gorillaz, Plastic Beach Deluxe Version Madvillain, Madvillainy Yussef Kamaal, Black Focus These three albums are my desert island records for sure, and each one touches a different part of my soul. Each of them are gorgeous concept albums that touch on mature themes of love, life, the environment, ourselves, and society. Shalom Little & DK)” The storytelling from Shalom and DK are like little windows through which we can view their lives. This song is honest and it is the truth. And I love how the band captures the energy of the vocals and drives the song with a big musical ramp! What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? The Samurai Album Release show was spectacular! Such a wonderful gathering of friends and family members - we had that room feeling GOOD!
