About elm creek rd
In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I first got truly into guitar at 14. About a year into playing, I was going through something friend-wise, and I had come up with the lyrics to my first song 'Grief.' After that, I got more and more inspiration for music writing, and now I'm here :) What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? AJJ, People Who Can Eat People Are the Luckiest People In the World Hop Along, Queen Ansleis, Freshman Year Lowertown, The Gaping Mouth The Gaping Mouth & Freshman Year are two albums that really inspired me to start creating music. They both have such a nostalgic and emotional feel to them. PWCEP is the first album to get me into folk punk music, which is why it's one of my faves :) Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Bury Your Head Down In Michigan” I wrote this song about two kids running away from their homes to find better living conditions than the ones they were in. I wrote this when I was feeling especially somber about my living conditions, so I guess that's what makes it special to me :) What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Finding people outside my immediate friends who listen to my music is probably the coolest thing to ever happen to me!! I'm so grateful for everyone who listens to my songs :) Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I want to get into doing gigs and live shows, and while I'm pretty far from that, I think it'd be pretty neat :)
